How to get the best for your business without ruffling too many feathers.

Business, like life, is a constant stream of negotiations. If you’ve ever arranged a meeting, agreed a price or approved a budget you’ll be familiar with the importance of the process. The business world hinges on the ability of companies and individuals to come to all manner of arrangements and if you can subtly influence others you’ll find that more often than not the outcome of the negotiation falls in your favour.

Whether you’re starting up your first business or have years of experience, learning to positively exert your influence on others will assist you in every walk of your professional life.

The Influencing and Negotiation Training, run by Frederieck Chatfield of Peek Consultancy, is an interactive and energising business workshop to help you to:

  • Understand the types of influencing tactics and techniques used.
  • Prepare different strategies to negotiate for a more favourable outcome.
  • Develop skills to increase your confidence and ability during negotiations.

This one day workshop guides you through simple theory and common techniques using plenty of demonstration to build your confidence and show just how influential you really can be.

By the end of the day you’ll be equipped with all the skills you need to make sure that next time you negotiate over something you get what you want.

Who should attend:  Any employee or business owner and manager in a client facing role.
